This class is for anyone 5th grade-8th grade. This is a youth program designed to encourage faithful followership in the world of competitive sports. Come lift weights and be encouraged by the word and by one another. Athletes will learn how to create lifting programs and get stronger for their sports. We start off with a devotion from the bible to talk about how we can incorporate God into our sports and our lives. Then we jump into some speed and agility training, along with lifting techniques work, that will help us become stronger, but also smarter with how we train.
